Default Those with nitrous, did you use teflon sealer on your connections?

Just wanted to know before I go and start connecting things up. Did you guys use this, cause I was told it wasnt needed because they use pressure fittings or something to that effect. Thanks

Yes, teflon paste. Some fittings weren't sealing like they should. L8R

On some of the threads you need teflon paste. some you don't. Should say on the instructions though.

I didn't either..The guys from Zex told me no matter how tight, TEF tape or not, you got the fittings...if the bottle is open you're still going to leak.

ALWAYS use teflon tape on those fittings, same as paintball stuff. It will leak without them.

DON'T use tape... as I just learned on Crank & Chrome (don't laugh). The tape could break apart and get into the system causing a clog. Use Teflon PASTE on your fittings.

I could be wrong though, who knows.

Always use Teflon tape or paste if you can. I used it on my NX kit to stop leaks too. I also work with liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen for my job and we always use teflon. it will not damage or clog your componenets.

AN fittings require NO SEALANT as the 37 degree flare joint provides eveything.
