JDM ITR guage cluster
The guages come with the new wiring harnesses, but instead of the only three hookups, there is another one, does anyone know what it is for or if I have to have it installed? The speedo and the tach work, but the gas guage and temp guage don't like to move right. any help is appreciated.
just had that problem. I searched around and I just switched the green film on the back of your cluster and put it on the itr cluster. My gas gauge now works. first take out all the screws, bulbs, and the green film just comes off. then just switch. hope this helps

I think it would be easier to swap the gauges since you are unscrewing the screws.

No, it's not half-*** ****. You are swapping the gauges into a new housing. It's the same thing you are doing except you don't need to take out the bulbs. And yes, it is doing it right the first time. I've done it myself and I explained the process to other people.

but will the speed and rpms still work after that? i tried messing with the needles to put them right. when i first put it in the gas and temp went all the way up, so i fixed that and the gas is close, but i still have to mess with the temp guage to get it to move
