A friend gave me a set of arp rod bolts off of his ls bottom end. can i just put them in my motor since they have been on stock ls rods already or do i have 2 do something else. Need info ASAP cause im tryin 2 put them in 2 marrow night.

 

um, its not as easy as you make it seem, you're going to have to remove the pistons/rods if you wanna install them correctly. Just wait til you're gonna upgrade your internals or something, not just the rod bolts.

 

The rods need to be resized by a machine shop after the bolts are installed.The bolts distort the rods slightly and need to be corrected after installation.
