Default 35mm offset 18x8 rims,is it ok.......?

i got the hp racing lightning evo wheels in a 215/35/18 tire, my question is a 225/40/18 gonna be ok? I gotz a 5th gen lude no lowering on it or anything at all done to suspension. its all stock, opinions are all welcome and factual info too

uhh... no way. 45 offset i could understand, but 35? gimme a break

the wheels would stick out like those lowriders. Now I dunno if thats your style...

surprisingly enough they dont stick out at all!!!! u all can check the specs if u like on hpracing.com, so i guess have to experiment wit 225/40/18

go with 17's so you dont have to be so **** about pothols

stock 16's and a 1.5" drop look much better than no drop and any size rims.

18x8 +35 is a fitment nightmare.

if you got that to work, do whatever you want and plan a trip to las vegas because it is obvious that you are very lucky.

back from the dead..... I was wondering if these rims would fit on my 5th gen dropped with prokit springs. 225-45-18 tires and rim offset is approx 35mmfront 40mmrear on 18X8. Pics....



These rims came off a 2006 Accord

Holy crap, that tire is almost 26" OD! Stock Prelude OD is around 24".

Still too big. 205/45/18 is around 25.3" OD.
