99 B18B swapped to a JDM B20B longblock, input needed.
The B18B is in my 93 EJ civic coupe, the motor is in need of rings so I was considering just swapping in a B20 longblock. My question is will most, all or any of the B18B parts bolt onto the B20. I have an OBD I LS ECU running the car now, and a Skunk2 Intake with all of the sensors.
Any input would be appreciated

Yes, those parts should swap over fine without any major problems or complications.
I just wanted to add that this is only a good idea if you are planning on staying with a N/A set up, if you think you might ever want to go forced induction or if you want to go with forged pistons or rods then it would a much cheaper alternative to just build up your stock block.
I would think it would be better to just get higher compression pistons and use stock rods with your original engine, you should get more power. More often than not someone will want to build the engine and IMO JDM engines lose all their value when you do anything to them. I hear the only reason they are any better is from their tighter stock clearances so you probably shouldn't get the JDM if you want to build it.
This is just my opinion on the JDM motors, coming from a turbo b18b guy.
