Just to let you know you can modify the ECU yourself. Goto the hondata.com site and you can find it there, somewhere in the tech articles. As far as the conversion goes, you will need the tranny (duh), flywheel, flywheel bolts (8), flywheel, clutch assembly, ahh --you know what you should need. I'm not gonna get into it.
