Default implications of bisimotos tranny adapter plates

Correct me if I'm wrong here, or maybe I'm slow on the ball and I'm the last to notice this, but it seems to me that the availability of Bisimoto tranny adapter plates that adapt any B, H, F series engine to a D series tranny has huge implications as far as reducing the cost/difficulty/time required for doing swaps in our Civics. Most of the engine mounts are on the tranny. So you need what, 1 or 2 custom mounts? You should be able to just drop any motor on your stock tranny, plug in a conversion harness and a matching ecu, and you're all set.

Doesn't this make an F series swap into a Civic a much more viable and tantalizing option? Am I missing something?

*edit: just reread the bisimoto site. It states "race only". Why? Because the included flywheel is probably lightened? Also I didn't realize at first that it includes not only the plate but the special flywheel. So cost is probably pretty high.
