i have an 88 accord ls.. it cant hold idle when sitting there.. for instance, when i come to a light i have to shift it to neutral in order to hold idle.. if i leave it in drive it will goto 0 rpm and stall out.. the idle holds fine in N but not drive.. please help me out in how i can fix this thanks.. engine has 120,000 miles on it..

you mean 88 LX? Check for leaking vacuum lines. They're always causing problems like that when they get old and brittle.
