auto tranny question

i just picked up a 90 integra for my fiance.......problem is when the car is cold it wont shift past 2nd gear....i was wondering if anyone had ever heard of this, once the car is warm its perfect

havent heard of that, you may want to change the fiuld and see if that fixes the preblem.
