Default Questions about turbo???

Hey ive got some questions...Ive got a 99 integra B18b1
im planning on making my own custom turbo kit running 4-5 psi on stock engine with 100,000 miles on it so im gonna list my wish list and tell me if you disagree with anything:
Blox turbo manifold
Tial 38mm wastegate
T3 turbo
DSM BOV
Starion intercooler
Can I just go to a muffler shop and get the charge pipes custom made?
How does an intercooler work?
Should just a Vortech FMU be alright for 4-6 psi or will i need to get some new injectors and what ratio FMU should I get 12:1????
Plus I plan on goin three inch straight pipe instead of exhaust is this a good or bad idea??also would there be anyway to quiet it?
Should I do an OBD2 to OBD1 conversion and get uberdata or hondata s100 w/boost option or should I just make a check valve thing??
After this I plan on building a block to handle more boost should I go with a B18 or B20 and will a B20 bolt right up to my B18 head??
Is this a good bottom end setup:
-Block
Block Guard 120
Eagle Connecting Rods 340
ARP Rod Bolts 40
Metal Headgasket 150
JE/SRP Pistons 370
OEM Piston Rings 100
Thats about all thanks for any info
-Brian

i would run more than 4-6psi and convert to obd1. Go with larger injectors, a large fuel pump, and use some kind of standalone ems. You could go with hondata, but honestly the same thing is avaliable for free in programs such as uberdata and crome. Here is the link to the uberdata forums if you have questions. uberdata

For 6psi, a stock engine with a fmu(flame suit on) will be fine. You'll also need a inline fuel pump for the fmu and a map bypass valve.

yes a b20 block will bolt up to your b18b head.

Here is some info on Crome which was created by John Cui. It's on http://www.pgmfi.org and you may have to register first before you can view the Crome forum. Personally I think Uberdata is better, because datalogging support is free. I think to be able to datalog with Crome you have to upgrade from the Free version of Crome and pay $150 to have the datalogging feature. With Uberdata you just have to wire up your datalogging cable to the ECU and go to the datalogging section of the Uberdata program.

EDIT: oh yah, you should also run a muffler and a resonator in your 3" exhaust setup. From what I hear straight pipe setups sound like ***, and with no way to quiet it down, it could get annoying.
