Best Stage 1 cam
ok guys i'm debating on which cams i should get? please help me out, right now my mind is between the Jun stage 1 or the CTR cams. Which one would be better gain? Or is there a other stage 1 that blows these two away let me know!
yes and did search still can't make my mind up not enough evidence.
On just bolt on's and yes stock compression on a b17

You can't beat the price for type r cams. The Skunk stage 1's are a good cam also......on a budget, do the type r's, you get a noticable horsepower increase. If you can spend a few more chips, do the Skunk stage 1's, they will probably make more power than the Jun 1's.
price and power the Blox 1's are the best set up for stock valve train. we have tested and they are great all around. just our opinion

I think i'll be impressed with the ctr cams,
1 quick question should i get the skunk 2 im & tb or Type r im & tb to go with these cams?

for the cost of the ctr you can get the blow 1's which make more power, then use the blow intake manifold or the aebs and either str or type-r tb -
from what i've seen the Buddy ClubSpec 3+ are probably the best street cam out there. They make great mid range and top end power there was a thread that show them against a few other cams done by omniman...... i'll post a link later when i have time to search for it
Buddy Club Spec 3+'s are the yield the most power out of a stock valvetrain. Not Blox, Skunk, Crower... Buddy Club. Your wasting your money anywhere else because the other cost more and yield less. Although the best cam for a B16/17 period if you have the valvetrain is the Rocket M22x.
but the problem with the III's is the stain on the stock valve train.

but I thought the question was for a stage i or something close to it ? But hey if you are willing to do the rest of the head then yes the Buddy III's are great and much "safer" then any JUN
