I know of some of the lips available. I know there is a mugen lip, the greddy and the factory si lip but what are all the others? Is there a difference between the "type R" lip found on JDM **** and the si lip. What are my options on a rear lip and how about the wings west touring anyone have a pic of that on the 99-00 civic?

I did search! I searche for "civic lip" in recent and archived and looked at every topic that featured pictures. I apologise if i didnt find the thread but humor me im sure there a lot of other people that will find this thread useful

why does it seem like everyone on HT has a sandy vagina. I mean i dont know of any other lips that arent that popular. Thats why i ask. I have a couple questions like is there a difference between the si and the type r and if anyone has a pic of the wings west touring. Every once and a while a question like this pops up and everyone shoots the person down posting nothing but negative comments. There are a lot of people here on honda-tech with a lot of knowledge but most of the time you guys are prics bc of it. If all of these guys would just share the knowledge with the "noobs" then maybe we would wise up quick and annoying you guys. So you all can not answer my question now and a few weeks from now someone else will post a similar thread or you could just politely share your knowledge and it will answer questions of many.
The whole point of this thread is to find as many options as i can to pick something that is a little different. I like the clean look but im about to just get a body kit and some 19s and say ***** HT's tendency to be Identical with your JDM crap!

cool thank you all very much. I couldnt find a lip for the coupe EM1 on the j's racing site. I would love to get the chargespeed kit thats my favorite but the front is all that will fit my coupe I found a type R front and rear on arospeed.com does anyone know if there quality is any good it says ABS plastic or should i just go with JDMshit.com? Anyone know anything about a honda factory REAR lip? is the difference between that and the Type R one the same, just more aggressive? thanks

 

jus to let u kno any side skirts from 96-00 hatch will fit 96-00 coupes..its the 4-door sideskirts that are different...also i would do your best to locate and OEM 99-00 si rear lip..they are discontinued from honda but they are worth looking for..very clean i personally wouldnt go with anything else if i were u..good luck with ur decision

I don't normally bitch about what threads people make, but it's just outta hand. It's seriously like Google and the search button doesn't exist. He's got threads asking for pics of CWest bumpers, Volk GTPs, you name it...all the things you can see like 8000 times in any "best Civic" thread or whatever. It's unreal.

Hell, he even had a thread asking if it would still be "cool" if he had harnesses that weren't the same brand as his seats.

 

yeah my problem is i own a civic I love the car but there are to many choices. Its hard to decide. And I save up for all the parts i get so i have ample time to be the indecisive person i am. and i really didnt care if takata was cool with sparco i just wondered why i hadnt seen that combo much. sorry i guess thats the way i roll

 

for asking questions.keep on doing what your doing....ht and other forums will never change about peoples post counts on what looks good and what doesnt.theres gonna be them people who ask alot of questions,rather then serching. the serch button is there its probally been covered but to others this is their time to shine,and ask questions.if a forum was based of of archived topics then their would be no point to post anymore.posting is what keeps forums alive and for noobs to relate to as well at that time of questioning aswell.

 

dood dont worry about the negitive comments, if you got a question about something that is bothering just make sure you use the right place to post up your questions and you wont get flamed, but there will always be these ****** who are quick to down someone for just being curious ....
