Default Couple CEL's after OBD-1 Conversion

Already searched in a couple forums, if it's been covered please direct me to the answers.

Finished up my B16 Swap last night at about 4AM...was throwing a couple codes. After working out some of them and getting VTEC to pop finnally, I'm stumped on a couple others. Particularly this one:

I'm throwing a code 9...Cylinder 1 Position Sensor. I pulled apart my wiring and everything seems sound. Anyone have any ideas why that would be throwing?

Also, my coolant temperature guage does not really work. I'm told that there are two coolant temp sensors on my block, and I only have one plugged in, I'm not sure how the other one goes. I'm using my stock CRX DX harness, I converted it to MPFI and OBD-1 VTEC (Had a wiring mess, but it actually wasn't too bad).
Edit: I replaced my thermostat just before. Haven't started it up yet to see how that went, but there is a plug on the thermostat housing that is empty. There is one plug left on my stock DX harness that looks like it could go there, but I'm not sure if it's the right one, and it's on the other side of the intake manifold. Do I have to extend the wires and plug that bitch in? Help

I think I'm throwing another one but that's all I can remember for now. If anyone can help me that would be great. Thanks

Switch the wires on the B clip at pins 10-12(reverse them) that will get rid of Code 9. Coolant temp should be on the side of the head under the dizzy. - poke.

did swapping the pins work or did it just make the car run horrible? I tried this on a d16z6 and a p28 at different locations and it didn't clear my code. I ran all new wiring too...

Only thing I can think of if that doesn't work for ya is the dizzy is shot, but then again, I bought a brand new Distributor King dizzy and it didn't work at all.

did you extend the coolant temp wire....

the two wire on the back of the block is the fan switch..
the one on the side of the head is the coolant temp
