Default NEED HELP WITH FLYWHEEL PLEASE

I bought an 94' B18b1 so i can swap into my crx, the engine came with some sort of shield on it where the flywheel goes i was told it was where the torque converter goes. So i guess this engine was on an automatic. Well im going to put a 5-speed cable tranny on it. But the bolts to the flywheel seem to be too short, the bolts say AT on the top, does this mean Automatic Transmission. Is it possible for me to use the bolts as long as its torqued down to spec or should i get other kind of bolts.thanks
alex

that plate is called a flex plate, and no, the bolts wont work, because they are too short. when put onto the flywheel, they dont even reach to the crank good luck, hit up the stealership for some new bolts
