Default Violent front end shake!!!!!!

well today i was at a meet in evansville indiana and the whole front of the car started shaking badly at about 30+ mph, it would come up through the shifter and you could pretty much watch the front end go back and forth. So we went back to the shop and threw it on the lift, couldnt find anything whatsover wrong with it, ball joints, tie rod's? it just looked like a big puzzle. However now when you start to decelerate it has a nice ticking sound almost like an axle pop. Just curious what you guys think i should start tearing apart first... i am kinda thinking internal tranny failure (diff)? but i dunno toss me some ideas as i am gonna go back with a trailer tommorow to get it!

when you deccelerate does it slow down really fast like the tranny is pulling harder? I dunno why the tranny woulda cause the whole car to shake soo bad and still be drivable.

nope... though a belt could have seperated but moved tires to the back already... no luck? that wouldnt acct. for the ticking/popping sound coming from the deceleration

You didn't break the engine mount by the tranny or firewall?

Its most likely the axle. Spin the wheel while watching the axle joints.

1 test for the axles is cut the wheel as far as it will go and drive in a circle if it clicks and stuff then you know it is bad
