HELP NEEDED:94-95 GSR BLOCK IS IT TRACKABLE
I want to get a 95 gsr block that my friend is selling me but its not legit.Now i know that 94-95 gsr block dont have vin numbers stamped on them but they got casenumbers on them.question is are they still trackable by the cops or dmv because i dont want to get it and then it gets taken by the cops,any help is appreciated thanks.

Are you kidding you are going to buy a stolen motor??? If this is the case I hope they ban you for fueling the fire with theives.

I say you buy the motor, go down to CHP and say that theres this guy that sold this stolen motor to me. Give them all his info and have him arrested.
