My door locks have recently started making a grinding/squeeling noise when I lock the doors. It is fine when I unlock them, but is really bad when I lock them. The sound is comming from only the drivers door. All the locks (including the drivers door) work just fine. I figure I might have to replace it, but I'm having a difficult time getting it out. Has anybody had to do this before that can help me out??? Thanks in advance!

 

Getting a manual is the best thing you can do. You gotta take the door panel off and it should go pretty easy from there

 

Unfortunately the easy part was getting the door pannel off. I would get a manual, but its presidents day, and I really need to get it done before I have to go back to school and I don't have any time or any place to work on it. Any advice from anybody???
