Raise it up on a lift and check it out...
Or take it to a place that offers free brake inspections like "Just Brakes".

While its up,ask the tech to see if everything looks alright...

Does your car even have a stock sway bar? If it does, maybe there's a loose connection somewhere.

BTW, why not just put your 'For Sale' ads in your sig instead of posting them in your thread.

Did your car hit anything else besides the muffler when you touched the curb? If it was just the muffler, the piping might've pressed against the anti-sway bar, causing something to come lose. Crawl under and give everything a little shake. You might see one of the mounts or bushings wiggle.

if you think your sway bar is broken go under the car and check it out for worn out bushings or messed up endlink. check your subframe. it could be other things like ball joint.
when did this problem start?
how long have you had the car? did you change out any parts?
