Default Code ErroR. Struggle

I have a pm6 ecu on a Zc and when i'm driving the car for about 5 mins or so, it randomly lights up the check engine light. The car runs smooth when the check engine light is not on, but once the check engine light is on, the car struggles when trying to go into gears ( shifting ). Seems like when the check engine light comes on, the car needs to be push more than what it's use to be. Mind my definition, i'm asian. But yeah, What causes this? Could it be cause i'm low on clutch? My clutch are gone though, the car is having a clutch installment stage 3 exedy as we speak. But just in case it wasn't the clutch that cost it the light to come on. . I just wanna be ahead of things and know what's really wrong.

under the glove box, up against the firewall, under the carpet (where somebody would rest their feet) is where the ecu is. when the light is on, pull the carpet back, and it will light up in a sequence. theres many pages showing how to count, and what each code means, so search to find them

1. Pull up the carpet in the passenger footwell.
2. Look at the little window in the metal plate. There should be a blinking LED
3. Count the flashes and report back to us or look in a service manual for an explanation.
