i was wondering if using 2-3 tubes of JB weld on my upper charge pipe for a TurboXS RFL Flange will work. i plan to let it sit and dry for about 20 hours.
2-3tubes?
**** man, 1tube of Steel and 1 tube of hardner will be plenty plenty more than enough
Just get the regular JB WELD and not there new JB Quick and let it cure in a room temp envirnment for 4-5 hours minimum

but i dont think that your bov flange falls under the category of small things.

hell, i have jb weld patching a hole in my block, and its the quick ****, it dried solid when it was like 30deg. outside also.
for a little over a month now, it still seems to be holding just fine.

I don't see the problem in this! Go to your local muffler shop with both pieces and just say "hey can you weld this real quick" and I guarantee within 5 minutes you'll be out and might even get it for free since it'll only cost like $5 in labor! I got ALL my IC pipes welded like this an he charged me $35 bucks...just get it welded its better then JB weld that may not hold

I'm sure it will have no problem holding the flange, but then stick a bov on there and you may have issues. As stated just go get it welded, it will cost the same but it won't be ghetto.

JB Weld does not work ALL wonders!! It's more like a temporary fix until you can actually weld the part in/on.
