Default Reset Check Engine Light

Can it be reset without taking it to the dealer. Search server wasnt working so sorry in advance if this gets asked to death. Thanks. 1996 Accord

Search in the future. For maint. Require light you put your key in the button on the cluster. For the CEL there is a button below the underside of the dash, even below the steering wheel. Thats where it is on Tegs I dunno about accords. Someone help us out

There is no button on the accords. You have to pull a fuse from the box under the hood (don't remember which one) to reset the ecu.

On 6th gens it's the "clock back-up" fuse.

BTW, he said the search function wasn't working at the time he posted...
