Default Lowering springs?

I have 18' rims on my 97 accord and there is a 3 inch gap from tire 2 wheel well, will eibach sportline springs and tokico Hp shocks lower it enough for me? Or should get Ground control coilovers?

I would say that that should lower you around the 1''-2'' range. With 18's I wouldn't go any lower than that. Good luck and don't forget to roll your fenders. If that little lip on the inside hits your tires too much, they could blow out and that is not something that you want happening.
