my new mini me swap is running like **** ....my dizzy is from a d15b (usdm non vtec) that i made fit...is this the reason why?..if i were to switch to a d16 dizzy would this solve my problem? i cant get the timing right either is this the reason?

 

that could be it, i dont know mucgh about mini-nes but if you had to "make" it fit thats prolly not right
