i have to know the law for the exhaust in ffx county....i need the technicals<U></U>......i got pulled over but on dragva they said you can a loud exhaust.....please help

fairfax police probably dont care how loud it is, but whether its aftermarket or not. thats why they stopped the dragva meets and stuff bc people were doing dumb **** to get pulled over for. then they just started pulling everyone over. i know it has to be above a certain db but I'm not sure what the exact number is.

I dont know what exactly the law states for Fairfax, I would just call up and ask.

i dont know the exact specifics..but bro let me just tell you. it really all depends on the particular cop. im in centreville...cops everywhere as u know. if ur planning on throwing on that N-1, well just be on the lookout. N-1 is loud for sure. be smart about this, dont draw any extra attention to urself if cops are around. i had the 5zigen fireball on my teg and never once got pulled over. cops always saw me with it too. so it really all depends if the cop feels like yanking you for it. more than likely, you'd have to get pulled for something else before they'd **** with you anyway.

 

yeah im in fairfax county and alot of ppl still have them...they dont get pulled over and my criminal justice(cop) teacher said that it was ok

technically, if it aint stock, its illegal. you will get pulled for the n1, no doubt

 

northern va...anyways pay the damn fine and call it a day
