GREAT BOOstIN bLock!
first $100 takes it
I have a lovely b18b. The block started off with a scratched wall from nozzin. I then took the block to a local machine shop (basko engine services, Gilber, AZ - a very well known for their work shop in arizona)
I had them install a
-Nuformz block gaurd
-machine in several extra holes to aid in cooling.
The block was then bored out .5mm and honed.
I ran this setup for about 2-3 weeks when i pulled the block out and built an all motor setup with a different block.
The motor has a GSR water pump, LS oil pump, Water tube black box and misc other goodies!

absolutely no overheating issues. Motor was run in arizona, with all accessories, and a standard integra pencil thin radiator.
bore is 81.5mm sorry.
