will this exhaust system fit?
if its a 92-95 ex coupe and your car is an EX coupe, it should fit fine. the EX has a different exhaust manifold/cat layout than the DX, so make sure it's off an ex.

both the DX and EX 92-95 Civics had the cat under the car,so there is no difference as far as that goes-the 92-95 coupe exhaust are all the same.
of course,on the 96+ coupes,only the EX and Si had the undercar cat.the HX and DX had the built in cat on the mani....so it will matter which trim level the 99 civic is.if it's an Si/EX it should work.if it's an HX/DX it will require a test pipe or lengthening of the midpipe.
