You realize how old my mom must be, right? Since I'm old enough to be the father of most of the people on this board?

I guess you must go for the elderly because they're the only ones you can get...

Speaking of the Tire Rack (instead of mothers), their service is really excellent. Sure, you can place your order over their website - and it's very service-oriented, and sends you updates when your order is processed. If you call them for advice, their people are very knowledgeable, too.

If you're ever driving across Indiana on the Indiana Toll Road - like when you're on your way to Expo 5 - you can see their facility around Exit 72. It's right alongside the highway. It's huge. If you ever visit, you can see their test track right in front of the building.

Is it cheaper than just buying it in Germany?

I ordered some tires for my m3 wheels from tirerack, and about 2 min after submitting the order I got a phone call from them making sure I had the right wheels for the tires i ordered (235/40/17 vs. the stock 325 size of 205/60/15) They shipped it to the wrong address, then refunded teh shipping and gave me a $25 gift certificate
