Default TODA Header + ???

Since Search is down I gotta ask this question ...

I want to buy the TODA Header but I´m not sure about the exhaust system yet.
I`m close to go with the new T1R Power exhaust (65mm) but I´m kinda scared
about the cops here n Germany cause I think the T1R will be way to loud.

So I tought about the Fujitsubo RM01-A which is sadly "only" 60,5mm in OD ...

My question now is, will my butt-dyno feel the difference between the Fujitsubo and the T1R setup (both with the TODA Header & highflow cat) due to the diffenrent OD.
My car is stock so far and I´m not thinking of changing the internals (yet).

I know that the Fujitsubo owners are very very happy with there exhaust but it bothers
me a lil thats its not 2,5".

Now let me hear what you guys think

Thank you

I run the Fuji RM-01A and the Toda header with a JDM cat. I put all the parts on in one shot and the caR is like night and day.

Honestly what small amount the Fujitsubo lacks in diameter, it absolutely makes up for in over all fit and quality.

It's also the best sounding exhaust for our caRs IMHO.

i run a toda header with a test pipe, T1R bpipe, and spoon N1 rear section.

its LOUD...but a "good" loud. a very good tone and its always nice to know i can just slap a stock muffler on there (mates up to the T1R bpipe) if i want to REALLY quiet it down (and kill my performance)

No, it'll not be any difference in power with a 60,5mm exhaust vs. a true 2,5" exhaust as long as your engine is stock. Besides the Toda header is only 60,5mm, so a bigger exhaust than 60,5mm will not make a difference anyway.

If you absolutely must have a 2,5" exhaust Idol Motorsport in Germany (I see you are located in Stuttgart) makes greate exhausts for the ITR ( http://www.idol-motorsport.de/ ). Contact Ex-ITR5874 at the forum here ( sven@integratype-r.de ).

I've got one and like it very much. It's a custum exhaust, so you can deside yourself how big the mufflers should be and thereby how loud it is. It has a very deep tone.

I've got som pics of my Idol exhaust here:

I would say, get a custom made 65mm exhaust. It's the cheapest for you (no shipping costs) and the best for performance. Choose a custom resonator/muffler that is free-flowing but relatively quiet.

instead of getting an "off the shelf" product why not consider SMSP I'm sure it can be sent overseas.

I didn't think that the Polizei would bother you for a loud exhaust. I am currently running an Apex N1 and haven't been messed with.

i went with a hytech twinloop since i wanted something quiet. a buddy mated a T1R with his toda header and i found that a bit too loud for my liking

Not hard to find, keep a close eye in the classifieds and be ready to buy when it pops up-
