prepping oem bumper
i need some pointers on prepping my civic oem bumper for paint...
i searched...some said to sand it down while others said not to use sand paper on abs plastic because it will damage it...instead to by some special liquid/chemical.......i want to get rid of the nicks and scratches on it also....any input is helpfull
