Full-Race Pro-race manifold..

whats the difference between exhaust manifolds? people say that you gain hp and torque.. pro-race and pro-street manifolds..?? whats the difference.. thanks

I thought the pro-race repositioned the turbo so that the compressor housing faced foward

correct and also recomend to use air-to-water IC
