Should these valves effect my performance? Look!

These valves are from the head that I recently bought. From the looks of the valves, it SEEMS like they were run pretty hard on very aggressive cams. I am not exactly sure though and so I thought I asked if any one had any ideas why they are like this. Only a few valves were like this, most of them from the intake valves.
I compared a good valve to one of these and it looks like it's also been pushed down just a tiny tiny bit. Would this effect any performance if I decide to use them again?
