Just wondering will a $2000 paint job be decent or crap? Im thinking about getting my car repainted a dark silver grey color and im welling to spend about 2 grand on the it. If anyone on here has had their car painted and lives in the so cal area for about 2 grand or less and it came out good please post and let me know where u got it painted at. Thanks, oh by the way my car is a 94 hatch.

 

A $2000 paint job will be nice. Of course you could get unlucky and such, but for the most part, it'll be above Maaco's par

 

know any good paint shop in so cal? im from san diego but im willing to drive up to LA or the OC area if the price is right and the quality is perfect.

 

If you run a quick search you'll find a lot of threads with people who have gotten their cars painted by _____ and their outcome. :thubup:
If budget weren't a factor I'd have to say HOK

 

it all depends on who does the work, you could pay me $1 million dollars to paint your car and it'd look like **** cause i don't know how to paint cars, haha.
