I just had the seat track (the metal sliders that the seat rests on) under my passenger seat replaced and as soon as I got my car back I noticed the same problem with the driver's seat track and so they're going to replace it too.

Basically the problem is this: the seats creak constantly while I drive. I don't know what happens to the seat tracks to make them make all this noise. Maybe they get bent or worn down?

I've had my car since last March and I don't see why I'd be having problems like this already. My warranty is up in about 20,000 miles and I'm wondering if any techs here would know if I should expect this to happen again.
