my brother in law and I are going to be putting his h23 out of a 93 prelude into his 91 accord. and we were wanting to gather all the parts to put it in within the next couple of weeks.
I was wanting to see if someone could help us out with a parts list and what wiring changes are required.
what from the prelude we need... mounts ect...
I have done b sereis swaps into civics but don't know much about the big blocks.
I would greatly appreciate any help.
p.s. I already searched and found some info but just wanting to make sure, from someone who has done the swap.

well the simple thing is the clutch, the resivoir for the fluid and the shifting assembly.. btw how well does the motor mount for the tranny match up?? i just pulled a tranny out of a 91 accord

 

I don't know how well it matches up or if it does at all thats why I'm asking what I need.
just let me know what mounts for a 91 accord with an auto trans to a 93 h23a1 with a manual and also what axles???

Well I already asked you to list your parts and from which cars, because you said you were wondering what parts youd need....if you posted that we might be able to say something about your plans!

Accord tranny on an H can bolt on, but the gearing is nowhere near right to see the true potential of the swap...but if you dont have enough money you can buy the block now and the tranny later...
