Default Locked out! Help!

I have locked my keys in my car yet again, I realize slim jims are illegal, but if I had one, or an improvised one, could it be used on a 1995 Hatchback? Or did Honda box the door release?

you could use a slim jim contact a tow truck, they are not illegal for them to carry. or AAA or use a wire coat hanger

SlimJims arent illegal, you can buy them at autozone, well in my area you can. Try bending the window back enough to put a hanger in their to try and unluck the door or possibly grab your keys.

Use a coat hanger, I did it the other day in about 10 seconds, very easy. Kinda pissed me off to see how easy hondas are to break in.

Better safe then sorry, call AAA.

Or go to honda and get a replacement key. All you need is your VIN.

Yeah you need to take your VIN in and proof that you own the car such as a title or insurance info or something of that nature then the dealership will cut you a new key for $5. I would suggest always carry a spare in your wallette then you will always have an easy way in in that situation.

Please don't post things like this in an open forum. Our cars are already easy enough to steal.

I don't really see what the problem is posting it, I did get my keys out, thanks to everyone with the VIN idea, as well as everyone else with their suggestions. I just locked my keys out of my car and needed some help. As you can tell by my first post, I already had a fair idea of how to improvise a slim jim, my original question was, will it work, I just wanted to know before I tried, well thanks again to everyone
