use math to build motor?
Ok. It's a non-honda thing, but it's still a tech. quesiton.
I've got a buddy that has a new beetle, yes, a man + beetle, 2.slow to go with that, but hey, it's his car. He's done good suspension drop, sway bars, sticky tires, and a stealthy exhaust. He just picked up another head and wants to go all motor with the 2.0, just to **** everyone off who says it cant be done. He doesn't want to do a 1.8T swap, b/c then he has a stock swapped car, and he does auto-x.
Mainly, are there equations out there involving headwork, compression ratio, fuel timing differences etc? Just tryin to help him out some, and I wonder also.

Yes there are millions of them out there. I just posted the CR formula for someone in the tech/misc section if you want to read that one.
If you arent sure which ones you will need or what certain parts of the formula mean, I'd pick up an engine building and blue printing book and the auto math book.
