96-98 sir bumpers on a 99-00?

Will the 96-98 sir bumpers directly fit onto a 99-00? If so do you have to get the 96-98 hood, fenders, and grille? thanks

yes your gonna have to do a 96-98 front end

hood
bumper
fender
headlights

and minor modifications
