prob a bit lower than the 04's. wild guess. high 130 or low 140. 02-04's were supposed t obe at 145 "tested" but i don't know anyone that still has a stock 02-04 RSX-S to test with that would go to 145mph hehehe

i believed that the type S was capable of more than 160 at redline in 6th gear, however due to the lack of power, tall 6th gear, it could never reach it. The 05 have a shorter final drive ( 4.7 instead of 4.3) and along with more hp, also 200 more rev so therefore, the 05 is capable of a higher top speed.

I hit 155 with just an intake. I still had power to go to 160. My guess is in certain revisions in the ECU made the changes so people can't go that fast. I have one of the 1st RSX's out there in 01. only once though. just to test how fast I can go.

with 02-04's, redline in 6th gear would have been 179.84mph. no way you're going to see that though.
02-04 stock top speed was achieved redlining 5th gear. which would put it at 144.11MPH
redlining 5th gear on a 05 RSX with a 4.765 FD
would put you at 132mph. then if you have more power...u could go for 6th and see....but doubt u'll keep pulling.
i assume we're talking about STOCK top speeds. cause all bets are off if you mean modified top speeds.

what is the purpose of this question anyways?? Are you really going to see those speeds often enough for that to matter? Are you really going to keep your RSX stock?? i highly doubt the answer would be yes to both of those questions
