hey guys im new to HT. i just got a flex coilover kit for my gsr and i have no idea where to start w/ the dampin adjustment. ill be doing autox and some scca racing in the summer so ill need to dial it in. anyone have this setup?

 

you can't just ask other people what settings they have and copy them. for starters, try this: you want it all the way stiff, and then take stiffness away from the end you want to get more traction. i believe those are single-adjustable. also, for the height adjustment, try this: corner-weight it, then take height away from the end you want to grip better. get the height where you want it then take away in very small increments from one end. a small change results in quite large amounts of weight being transferred from one end to the other. hope this helps.
