Boosted Tranny.....

Here is the deal. 15psi on street. 30 psi on track. I have 2 options that I want to use. YS1 Cable LS tranny with Quaife. Or 93 GSR cable tranny with LS final and Quaife. This is for me B18C EF with 60-1 turbo.

Does anyone know what parts exactly are needed to swap an LS (cable) fifth gear into a cable GSR tranny? I have my tranny in the shop getting rebuilt with Quaife LSD and I want to swap out the fifth gear while it is there.
