Get a cold air kit, race header, and K-pro. If that's not enough, then get a k24 shortblock or a supercharger.
Remove as much rotating mass as possible (flywheel, no PS or AC), crank pulley, and realize that the smaller your intake runners/TB are, the better your low-end will be, while you top-end will suffer.
Or get a bigger engine....

Come on, Juice...He could always step up to an A2 with IPS cams.

Well you can "think" it loses low end, but I "know" it doesn't

Yes yes, that would be quite the nice setup indeed!
I would have said that earlier, but I forgot it's ok to mention IPS on here and not get called a fanboy.

Agreed, lose some weight in the car as well

If you want more low-end power get a new clutch kit like ACT stage 1 or an Exedy Stage 1... i got the exedy for my EF and it increased the low end power a lot.

Your best bet is to get a supercharger. The problem with the EP3 is, once you've done the basic bolt-ons, you're about done. Changing plugs, wires, throttle body, etc. isn't worth it.
I would recommend going to a true CAI. Also, the Hondata reflash/k100/kpro won't necessarily increase hp, but with the increased redline, you will only have one up shift to get to 60. Although I suppose both of these are geared more toward top end. But, aside from a supercharger, I can't think of anything else on the bottom.
