cluster problem with tach

hey um i was wondering why my tach like jumps back n forth from 4000 to 6000 rpm? i was driving in 3rd gear at 70km when i noticed it? it still does it every now and then....

If u have a extra cluster it wouldnt hurt just to swap to see if the problem goes away. Just an idea
