[ i checked out the prelude alloys and they are 4 stud, same as civics...right?]

No. The 92-96 Prelude have a 4x114.3 lug pattern, which will not fit on your 4x100 lug pattern unless you do like me and upgrade to a 96 Integra Type R brake setup that has the 4x114.3 setup.
