The preludes came with a 4x100 bolt pattern only before 92. Anything after 92, and NO...they will not. If you have a 5 lug, however, the 97 and up will fit. If you have an ITR 4X114 setup, the 92-95 will fit.
To recap:
civic: 4X100 bolt pattern
92-95 prelude: 4X114 pattern
97 + prelude: 5x114 pattern
The offsets are different as well. The prelude offsets are usually a little higher of a number, meaning they will suck into the fenders more than a civic/integra wheel.
