Default ITR LMA's and Rocker Arms

I was just curious to know if ITR LMA's and Rocker Arms would make a big difference in a GSR head???

The LMAs are stronger, but I'm not sure about the rocker arms. I used a set of Prelude LMAs in my engine, they have the same tension as the ITRs and they won't stick.

LMA.. lost motion assembly. I have heard of it, now I feel like a dumba$$.

Sorry to highjack your thread here, but if my motor was blueprinted the lost motion assembly would have been checked right? And for the LMA, there is not one better than the other, right? thanks for the help!

I've got a full set of 99 type sh LMA's that I'm not using, they just sit in plastic in my tool box. I know a lot of b16 guys want these LMA's to cut cost down from buying type R LMA's. Pm with any questions!

Hello, My friend recently blew up his 95 gsr and gave me his lmas. Can I put the lmas in my B16a? Do they have to be modded to be installed?

95 gsr LMAs

are the older type similar to the B16

you want newer GSRs or ITRs

Not a **** bit of difference, depending on the year of the gsr head, the itr lma's will allow you to run a higher lift cam.

Thanks Dan. I just wanted to know if I can just drop them in to stop the dam ticking noise, not for any performance advantage. My car doesn't look like a eye sore but it sure sounds like one.

And the low cost 99 and ^ h22a4 fix for all peoples LMA problems! 65 bucks for a new set from Honda! I think the B-series guys use these with something like a .040 shim or washer!

I think teg type R LMA's are almost 300 bucks. Preludes used to have the cylindrical type but then they upgraded to the coil type because they're good. Just sold my old set for 25 bucks on ebay
