the whole deal with the ur crank pulley's were that people were shattering their oil pump gears generally when people used them in cars with boost... people started to believe it was all the crank pulley's fault when in reality it isnt... the stock honda oil gear isnt that good and will shatter under boost and high rpm's (not stock redline... HIGH rpm's) there is another pulley out there that honda actually makes for the civic for the n1 racing cars or whatnot... inlinefour.com has them i know... this i believe doesnt have a harmonic balancer either... basically its fine to use the ur crank pullies

if stock pulley has a dampener, DO NOT use a UR pulley. This mostly applys to 1.6L SOHC motors and their long stroke. Most DOHC motors do not use a dampener.
