Default RED Badges from getting stolen

How do you guys keep your RED badges from getting stolen? I heard something like putting screws on the badges and screwing it on with a nut...

I picture this resulting in some asshat either:
1)breaking the emblem
and/or
2)screwing up and denting your hood in the process.

Id rather pay to replace the emblem then pay to get the hood fixed *shrug.

Aloha,
Brandon

Someone tried to steal mine a couple of years ago but they couldn't get them off. The badges are damaged thanks to the dumbass that tried to steal them. That's the one regret I have about placing them on my TEG.

It would look clean debadged; notheless, it's going to cost you. I've seen the magnetic badges that you can easily put on whenever you drive the car and remove when you park the car.

yeah this is a very bad idea....please dont try this! Should the emblems ever tried to be stolen you would simply make your process of trying to fix the situation worse IMO.

I have various scratches (and a HOLE in my front bumper) from asshats taking emblems with a screwdriver. The hole in the front bumper came even before I got the car off of the dealer lot. The emblem snapped in half, stupid bastards.

Here's my solution: DEFACE them. I etched my initials in them deep enough that it is clearly obvious when standing 3 feet away.
That saved my last set and they haven't been taken for 4 years.

:knocking on wood:

I have not had any problems with missing emblems...

But if your really worried, don't use anything to hold them. As stated it will make only more damage if they attempt.
