CEL light 17. need some advise

just wondering what to check first? connection. i guess my real question what sets it off. thanks. I just got done with my B18b swap with a JDM b16 tranny. any help in this area would be great.

Make sure the speed sensor is plugged in the tranny. Does your speedometer work?
