If you mean pull the engine rebuild it and reinstall it Your looking at $2000 plus.If you have the engine out and disassembled your probably looking at around$800

I dont think i was clear about my build. I have a GSR with the stock B18C1, I would like to put in new cams, new pistons, valvesprings, hone the walls(not bore), and new cam gears. How long would it take for a shop to put all these things in? About how much would in cost, in terms of best to worst case scenario?

You are looking at disassembling the engine.Honing the block.Cleaning all the parts.Chaging the valve springs.Remove and replace pistons on the rods.Checking the clearences and reassembling.I don't see that happening in much less than 12-15 hours. At $75/hr thats $900-$1125

This might not be an option for you, but have you considered doing some stuff yourself? A lot of this is not very complicated and you should have no problem learning something while you do it. I know this isn't for everyone, and that's why shops exist (and I get a paycheck) but just food for thought.
