Default b16a swap into 91hf crx stuttering at wot???

ok guys i did this swap for my friend here are the specs on the motor:
bored TB, skunk2 intake mani., short ram intake, anr intake mani gasket, ctr cams, itr header, 2.5" exhaust, high flow cat., converted to obd1, chipped p28 ecu running stock 1.66 uberdata p30 map.

symptoms: hesitates at WOT all the way through higher rpm band especially around 6000rpm. it does this only after like 10 minutes of driving, if i let it cool off it is fine for awhile. doesnt seem to be ignition related.

i checked the plugs and they looked quite white (lean). i was thinking maybe the hf fuel pump cant keep up with the demand of the b16 with a less restrictive intake setup? i used the obd0 fpr does if differ from the pressure of the obd1 fpr? any ideas? dizzy is new, plug wires have been checked for resistance, new plugs (what is the gap for b16?). any ideas?

gap around 44 or so check the dizzy timing you probably need to get a timing light and check the crank timing because it sounds like the dizzy needs to be rotated counterclockwise kinda hard to say without seeing the car in front of me

how do your plug wires look? I could be wrong but I thought all CRX had the saem fuel pump....I have an Si fuel pump in perfect working condition (I was using it with my B16 as well) if it turns out you need it.

i think i figured it out. i forgot to switch the activation point in uberdata from 4200. so when vtec activated it was running lean because it was not compensating for the larger cam profiles. i set it at 5500rpm and it pulls ALOT better!!! and i have yet to feel a stutter.
